BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas., that the Housing Authority of the City of Wichita
Falls., Texas., be authorized and directed to operate the housing
projects within its area of operation belonging to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas., as provided and authorized by Art:i.Cle
1269K of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas., and that such
Housing Authority be authorized to provide for the operation.,
maintenance., construction., re-constru.ction., improvement., al-
teration., or repair of ar7 housing project under its jurisdzc-
tion., or any part thereof., out of the revenue heretofore or
hereafter derived from the operation of such housing projects
belonging to the Cily- of Wichita. Falls, Texas.
