RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IY2ROVEMENTS ON A PORTION
OF PARK STREET AND DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE AND
DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS LEVIED.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls heretofore
entered into a contract with Stuckey Construction Company,
a partnership, ofWichita Falls; Texas, for the making and
construction of certain improvements on the following por-
tion of Park Street in said City to wit:
PARK STREET, from the north line of Lot 14
Block 5, Boyd Subdivision of Granger Park
Addition to the north property line of Flood
Street, known and designated as Unit or Dist-
rict No. 10.
and,
WHEREAS, such improvements have been completed
upon said portion of Park Street and have been inspected
and" found to be complete in accordance with the contract
therefor, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,TEXAS, THAT:
I.
The improvements on said portion of Park Street
be, - and they are hereby, accepted; and the contract with.
construction of such improvements be, andreferencetothe
is hereby, found and declared fully completed and performed
II.
The Mayor be, and he is hereby directed to issue
and execute in the name of the City, certificates in evi-
dence of the special assessments, levied against abutting
property and owners thereof for such improvements, and the
City Clerk is directed to execute same and impress thereon
the corporate seal, all in accordance with the proceedings
relating to suchsuch' improvements and assessments; such certi-
ficates shall be delivered to said Company.
III.`
This resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

REPORT OF THE ENGINEER AS TO FINAL COMPLETION
OF IMPROVEMENTS ON PARK STREET, IN THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
TO THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
Gentlemen:
I beg to report that Stuckey Construction Company,
a partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas, to whom was awarded;
the contract for the improvement of certain streets and ave-
nues in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has completed the
improvements on,
PARK STREET, from the north line of Lot 14,
Block 5, Boyd. Subdivision of Granger Park
Addition to the north property line of Flood
Street, known and designated as Unit or Dist-
rict No. 10.
The said improvements having been completed in
strict accordance with the terms of said contract and.
specifications of said work adopted by the City, I hereby
recommend that the said improvements be finally accepted
by the Board of Aldermen.
