WHEREM.9 at a regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen .of the City
of Wichita Fallsp Texass held at the regular meeting place in the Council'Room
of the Memorial Auditorium Building in said City on the 9th day of April A.D.
19513 at which a quorum was presents came on to be considered returns of the City
Election held on April 3.. 1951.1 for the purpose of electing four Aldermen.. and
WHEREAS., after canvassing the
returns of said elections it was found
to be duly and legally held in
all respects.. and there were cast at
said election
4908 votes., for the election of four Aldermen.. and that
