RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVELL ,NTS ON A PORTION
OF KEM!P BOULEVARD AND DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE
AND DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES! IN EVIDENCE OF
SPECIAL ASSESS NT;S LEVIED.
HEREAS, the City of ':ichita Falls, heretofore
entered into a contract with Stuckey Construction
Company, a partnership, of ' ic1-4ta Falls, Texas, for
the making and construction of certain improvements
on the following portion of Kemp Boulevard in said
City to wit:
KELT BOULEVARD, from the North Property Line of
Avenue "U" to the North Property Line - ichita
Valley Railroad, known and designated as Unit
or District ITo. 20.
and,
UHEREAS, such improvements have been completed
upon said portion of Kemp Boulevard and have been
inspected and found to be complete in accordance with
the contract therefor, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WIOHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
I.
The improvements on said portion of Kemp Boulevard
be, and they are hereby, accepted; and the contract
with reference to the construction of such improvements
be , and is hereby, found and declared fully completed
and performed.
II.
The Mayor be, and he is hereby directed to issue
and execute in the name of the City, certificates in
evidence of the special a sessments levied against
abutting property and owners thereof for such improve-
merits, and the City Clerk is directed to execute same
and impress thereon the corporate seal, all in accord-
ance with the proceedings relating to such improvements
and assessments; such certificates shall be delivered
to said Company.
III.
This resolution shall take effect ,end be in force
from end after its passage .

TO THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF NICHITa FALLS, TEXAS:
Gentlemen:
I beg to report that Stuckey Construction Company
a pa.rtnersh.ip, of Wichita, Falls, Texas, to whom was
awarded the contract for the improvement of certain
streets and avenues in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
has completed the improvements on,
K '' P BOULEVARD, from the Norte Property Line of
Avenue "U" to the North Property Line of the
ichita Valley Railroad, known and designated as
Unit or District No. 20.
The said improvements having been com leted in
strict accordance with the terms of said contract and
specifications of said work adopted by the City, I
hereby recommend that the said improvements be finally
accepted by the Board of Aldermen.
