HEREAS, the City of ``Wichita Falls, heretofore
entered into a contract with Stuckey Construction
Company, a. partnership, of :ichita Falls, Texas , for
the making and construction of certain improvements
on the following portion of Kemp Boulevard in said
City to wit:
KEMP BOULEVARD, from the South Property Line of
Ninth Street to the North Property Line of Tenth
Street, known snc doeignated- a,> Unit or District
To. 21.
and
WHEREAS,EAS, such improvements have been completed
upon said portion of Kemp Boulevard and have been
inspected and .found to be complete in accorc._ance ith
the contract therefor, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD ;F ALDER'-TEN OF
THE CITY OF o:TICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
I.
The improvements on said -..portion of Kemp Boulevard
be , and they are hereby, accepted; and the contract
with reference to the construction of such improvements
be, and is hereby, found and declared fully completed
and -performed.
Ti .
The Mayor be, ana he is hereby directed to issue
and execute in the name of the City, certificates in
evidence of the special assessments levied against
abutting property and owners thereof for such improve-
ments , and the City Clerk is directed_ to execute same
and impress thereon the corporate seal, all in accord-
ance with the proceedings relating to such improvements
and assessments; such certificates shall be delivered
to said Com eny.
III .
This resolution shall take effect end be in force
from and after its passage.

CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
Gentlemen:
I beg to report that Stud>ey Construction Company
a rartnershir, of Wichita F-11s, Texas, to whom was
awarded the contract for the improvement of certain
streets and avenues in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
has completed the improvements on,
KEPMP BOULEVARD, from the South. ProPerty Line of
Ninth Street to the North Property Line of Tenth
Street, '_known and designated as Unit or District
No. 21.
The said improvements having been completed in
strict accordance with the terms of said contract and
specifications of said work adopted by the City, I
hereby recommend that the s-id improvements be finally
accented by the Board of Aldermen.
