A RESOLUTION SETTING THE PRICE OF CEMETERY LOTS IN RIVERSIDE
CEMETERY AND THE COST OF EXHUMING BODIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
That from and after this date all conveyances of cemetery lots
in the present existing Riverside Cemetery sold by the City of Wichita
Falls shall be at the following price :
Seventy-five (75¢) Cents per Square Foot.
Be it further resolved that the fee to be charged by the City of
Wichita Falls for exhuming bodies in Riverside Cemetery be the sum ofThirty ($30.00) Dollars . Out of this sum Twenty ($20.00) Dollars is
to be aid directly to the City of Wichita Falls and a bonus in cash of
Five 05.00) Dollars each to be paid to two men to do the actual work.
