Seventh Street, knoi.-n and designated as Unit or
District No. 22.

':MEREAS, such improvements have been completed
u-oon said portion of Denver Avenue and have been
inspected and found to be complete in accordance tizith
the contract therefor, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERL'N OF
THE CITY OF ` ICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
I.
The improvements on said portion of Denver Avenue
be , and they are hereby, accented; and the contract
i•.ith reference to the construction of such iri o-rovements
be, and is hereby, found and declared fully comlpleted
and perfor,ied.
II .
The I.Tayor be, and he is hereby directed to issue
and execute in the name of the City, certificates in
evidence of the specigl assessments levied Pp-ainst
abutting :-)ro-:-)erty and oi,.-ne-rs thereof for such improve-
ments, �-nd. the City Clerk is directed to execute same
and impress thereon the corporate seal, all in accord-
ance T-.,ith the -proceedings relating, to such improvements
and assessments; such certificates shall be delivered
to said Comlp)any.
III.
This resolution shell take effect �.nd be in force
from and after its Passa�-,,e.

Fifth Street to the North Property Line of
Seventh Street, knollm and. designated as Unit or
District No. 22.
The said improvements having been completed in
strict accordance with the 'terms of said contract and
enecifications of said 'soon adon ted by the City, I
hereby recommend that the said im-orovements be finally
accepted by the Board of Aldermen.
