RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION
OF VAN BUREN STREET AND DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE
AND DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVIED.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, heretofore
entered into a contract with Stuckey Construction
Compan- , a Partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas, for
the making and construction of certain improvements
on the following portion of Van Buren Street in said

I beg to report that Stuckey Construction Company
a nartnershi-o, of Wichita Falls, Texas , to whom was
awarded the contract for the improvement of certain
streets and avenues in the City of ?'Wichita Falls, Texas,
has completed the improvements on,
DE EVER AV: UE, from the South Property Line of
Fifth Street to the North Pronerty Line of
Seventh Street, known and designateC Ps Unit or
District No. 22.
The sod improvements having been completed in
strict accordance with the terns of Said contract and
snecificetions of sold work adopted by the City, I
hereby recommend that the said. improvements be finally
accepted by the Board. of Aldermen.

I beg to report that Stuckey Construction Company
a partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas, to whom was awarded
the contract for the improvement of certain streets and
avenues in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has completed
the improvements on,
VAN BUREN STREET, from the South Property Line
of Fifth Street to the North Property Line of
Sixth Street, known and designated as Unit or
District No. 17.
The said improvements having been completed in
strict accordance with the terms of said contract and speci-
fications of said work adopted by the City, I hereby recommend
that the said improvemens be finally accepted by the Board
of Aldermen.
