AND DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDE:CE OF
SPECIa..L ASSESSMENTS LEVIED.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, heretofore
entered into a contract with Stuckey Construction
Company, a partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas, for
the making and construction of certain improvements o::.
the foiio?-ing portion of Holliday Street in said City
to wit:
HOLLIDAY STREET, from the South Pro -erty Line of
of Fifth Street to the North Property Line of
Seventh Street, known and designated as Unit
or District No. 11,
and
WHEREAS, such improvements have been completed
u-en said portion of Holliday Street and h-ve been
inspected and found to be complete in accordance with
the contract therefor, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF °'ICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT;
I.
The improvements on said .)ortion of Holliday Street
be, and they are hereby, accepted; and the contract
with reference to the construction of such immrovements
be , and is hereby, found and declared fully completed
and performed.
II.
The :Mayor be, and he is hereby directed to issue
and execute it the name of the City, certificates in
evidence of the special assessments levied against
abutting property and o-ne 's thereof for such imp_ rove-
ments, and the City Clerk is directed to execute same
and impress thereon the corporate seal, all in accordance
with the proceedings relating to such imp jovelents and
assessments; such certificates shall be delivered to said
Company.
III.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after its pa-sage .

REPORT OF THE ENGINEER AS TO FINAL COMPLETION
OF IMPROVEMENTS ON HOLLIDAY STREET, IN THE CITY
OF WICHITL FALLS, TEXAS.
TO THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
Gentlemen:
I beg to report that Stuckey Construction Company,
a partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas, to whom was
awarded the contract for the improvement of certain
streets and avenues in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
has completed the improvements on
HOLLIDAY STREET, from the South Property Line of
Fifth Street to the North Property Line of Seventh
Street, known and designated as Unit or District No. 11~.
The said improvements having been completed in
strict accordance with the terms of said contract and
specifications of said work adopted by the City, I
hereby recommend that the said improvements be finally
accepted by the Board of Aldermen.
