AN ORDINANCE PERMANENTLY ABANDONING AND RELEASING A CER-
TAIN DRAINAGE EASEMENT SITUATED IN BLOCK K, KEMP IS WEST
END ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita
Falls deems it advisable and in the public interest to perma-
nently abandon and release the drainage easement hereinafter
described;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDER-
MEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION I. That the drainage easement on the following
described property out of Block K, Kemp t s West End Addition
to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, be and the same is hereby
permanently abandoned and released; said tract is described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 285.0 feet South and 30.0
feet West of the Northeast corner of Block K,
Kemps West End Addition to the City of Wichita
Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said point also
being on the West line of Fillmore Street;
THENCE South, with the West line of Fillmore
Street 20.0 feet to a point;
THENCE West, 280.3 feet to a point;
THENCE N. 60°-00' E, 40.0 feet to a point;
THENCE East, 245.5 feet to the place of beginning.
