ORDINANCE NO.
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 2004 , WHICH REGULATES
THE PARKING AND LOCATION OF TRAILERS, BY CHA:GING THE
SET BACK. REQUIREMENT FROM FIFTEEN FEET TO TEN FEET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 5( c) of Ordinance No. 2004 is hereby
amended so that it shall hereafter read as follows:
" (c) No occupied trailer shall be located within less than
fifteen feet of any other building or other trailer or
vehicle or within less than ten feet of the boundary line
of the tract on which located. In residential areas , no
trailer may be located nearer the street than the legal
front building line for the lot or tract upon which located. "
