AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE TRANSPORTATION OF
THE INJURED IN WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS:
SECTION to Th.t no person, firm, or corpor=tion shall .per-

emergency :mbulance , public or private, or any other vehicle commonly
used for the transport-tio.n or conveyance of the sick or i

person b-,ing transported by th-m. Nor shxal they omit, neglect Tmd/or
refrain from doing any act or thing to prop;rly id such ill or in-
jured person.
SECTION 6. Any person, firm, corporTtion, or copartner
ship viollting any of the provisions of this Ordinance ehT11 b4, guilty
of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shill be fined in any sum not to
exceed S100. 00.
SECTION 70 If say part or parts of this Ordinance shall be
held to be unconstitutiontvl , s4ch unconstitutionality shT11 not affect
the validity of the rew=ining p2=rts of this OrdinT ,ce.
