AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A TEMPORARY LOAN TO FINANCE TWO
FIRE SUBSTATIONS AND WEEKS PARK GOLF COURSE IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Alderuzn of the City of Wichita F.zllt kv.t.s
herr,tofore found it necesstry to provide two new fire substItions and
certain Wezks Park Golf Course improvements in the City *f Wichita
Falls , and provided that such substations and improvemznts should
be financed by thz issuance of Time Wt:rrantsg and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined tht the City of Wichita Fills
cnnot at this time issue such Time Warrants .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE :•ARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXASg
SECTION 1. That authority is hereby grants for thz City to
borrow the sum of one hundred s-venty thoui-,an.d ($170,000) dollars to
be used to finance said two nzw fire substations and Weks Park Golf
Course improvements , This temporary loan shall be mad-, under the
terms and provisions of the CitV,3 Depository Agreement.
