AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PART PAYMENT
FOR GRANDSTAND FOR SCOTLAND PARK.
WHEREAS, there was contained in the Budget for the current fiscal
year an appropriation of S7,000 in Account No . 80-Y-15 for the pur-
chase of a grandstand at Scotland Park; and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost of such grandstand
amounts to 57 ,975, which will require an additional appropriation of
$975.
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of current funds
the sum of $975, to be used in the payment of the cost of the grandstand
in Scotland Park in the City of Wichita Falls , Texas.
