Ord 2066 12/9/1963 ORDINANCE NO. G7(
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1641, AS AMENDED,
MAKING CHESTER STREET A ONE-WAY STREET.
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable in order to expedite the move-
ment of traffic in Wichita Falls, and to relieve congestion of traffic
on streets in Wichita Falls, to declare and designate a certain street
as a one-way street; and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable in order to coordinate the . move-
ment of traffic into and odt of Wichita Falls and the traffic on the
Red River Valley Expressway, that a certain street be designated and
declared to be a one-way street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD 'OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
THAT Section 171 of Article XXI of Ordinance No. 1641 is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:

to Broad St. East 's
