AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE GENERAL
FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBER 31-Y-8 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
General Fund the sum of $ 5,935.60 which shall be
placed in Account Number 31-Y-8 .
SECTION. 2 . The fact that this amount is now due and that it is
essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates
an emergency,- therefore this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage.
