We, the undersigned, Mayor and City Clerk, respectively',
of said City, hereby certify as follows :
1. That the attached and following is a true, full,
and correct copy of an Ordinance Fixing Rates , Rentals And
Charges at The Wichita Falls Municipal Airport duly passed by the
Board of Aldermen of said City at a Regular Meeting held at the
regular meeting place on the 11th day of May, 1964, which Or
dinance has been duly recorded in the minutes of said Board of
Aldermen.
2 . That the following are the members and officers

and read in full, and, upon motion duly made and seconded, said
Ordinance was passed by the following vote:
YEAS : All Aldermen present voted "Aye."
NAYS : None.
4. That each of the members and officers of said
Board of Aldermen was duly and sufficiently notified officially
and personally, in advance, of the time, place, and purpose of
the aforesaid Meeting, and that said Ordinance would be intro-
duced and considered for passage at said Meeting, and each of
said members and officers consented, in advance, to the holding
of said Meeting for such purpose.
5 . That the Mayor of said City has approved, and
hereby approves , said Ordinance; that the Mayor and the City
Clerk of said City have duly signed said Ordinance; and that
sa id Mayor an d City Clerk hereby declare that their signing
of
this Certificate shall constitute the signing of the attached
11 and following copy of said Ordinance for all purposes .

THE WICHITA FALLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
THE STATE OF TEXAS

II CITY OF WICHITA FALLS •
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, has duly authorized the issuance of City of Wichita
i'; Falls Airport Revenue Bonds , Series 1964, dated April 15 , 1964;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to fix the rates, rentals
and charges in connection with the City' s Airport so as to com-
ply with the provisions of the ordinance authorizing said bonds .
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS :
That the following rates, rentals and charges be and
are hereby fixed and established at the Wichita Falls Municipal
Airport:
1. Hanger Area:
