AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF VIRGINIA STREET
IN THE SOUTH 1/2 OF BLOCK 11, SOUTH PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
WICHITA. FALLS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
deems it advisable and in the public interest to close and abandon that por-
tion of Virginia Street hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
Section 1, That that part of Virginia Street lying in the South 1/2
of Block 11 of South Park Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and
being that portion of Virginia Street lying west of and adjacent to Lot No®
7 of Block 11 of South Park Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, be and
the same is hereby closed and abandoned.
Section 2 . The City of Wichita Falls, Texas, hereby reserves an ease-
ment in said land for the purpose of erecting, laying and maintaining all
kind and character of utilities .
