for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has deposited in trust with the First
National Bank in Dallas the suns of $700,000,00 in U.S. 1 7/8% Treasury Notes�:as
security for the account of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, 4w evidenced by
the First National Bank in Dallas Certificate No. 5 6135, as hereinafter set forth:
Certificate No. 56135, dated 2- 17 -55, U.S. 1 7/8l Treasury

and,
KHER�, the City National Bank in Wichita Falls, Texas, has requested
release of the above described Treasury Notes, and

substitute in ;ieu thereof 5700,000.00 U.S., 3% Bonds, due 2- 15 -64;
N6F.Pd, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City
of Wichita Falls, Texas:
THAT the City Clerk of the City of .Wichita Falls, Texas, be and he is
hereby authorized to accept as security for,the account.of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, $700,000.00 3% U.S. Bonds, due.2-= 15 --64, and surrender the above
described Treasury Notes, Certificate No. 561.35, aggregating the sum of $700,000.QQ
now on deposit with the First National Bank in Dallas,
