ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 2092 SO AS TO CORRECT A TYPO-
GRAPHICAL ERROR.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermenof the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, did
on May 25, 1964, pass and approve Ordinance No. 2092, closing and abandoning
a portion of Colorado Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, said ordinance as passed and approved contained a typographical
error which the Board of Aldermen desires to correct.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS;
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance 2092 be amended to read as
follows.
Section 2 . That that portion of Colorado Avenue lying between Blocks
38 and 37, 31 and 32, and lying on the West side of Block 21 of Joseph A.
Kemp Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, from the North boundary .
line of J. A. Scott Survey No. 10, Abstract 302, to the South right of way
. line of the Galveston Street Cut-Off as the same presently exists, be and
the same is hereby closed and abandoned.
