BE 'IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the C i ty
of Wichita Falls, Texas, that the City Manager be and he
is hereby authorized to re- negotiate the existing contract
with Ted Doty for the concession at Lake Kickapoo, on the
north shore thereof, with a minimum rental of Sevent -f ive
Dollars ($75.00) per month, on approximately the same terms
and conditions that the said Doty now has by his existing
contract, and for a period of ten (10.) years;
That the City Manager likewise be authorized to negotiate
a ,c,ontract with Harold Long for the operation of a fishing
barge and /or a c ono-- s s i on contract similar t o the one had
with Mr. Doty, but on the south shore of Lake Kickapoo,
beginning at the dam and extending west thereon;
Such contracts shall be for the term of ten (10) years
and the lessee shall pay a minimum rental of Seventy-five
Dollars ($75. 00) per month, with a percent age of the �everitra..
That when such contracts are negotiated by the City
Manager, he is further authorized to execute the same when
they are prepared by the legal department.
