BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of .Aldermen of the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas:
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the Board of Aldermen
of the City of 'Ylchita Falls, have declared this date
to be "DeMo lay Day 4° , and,
5. &IHEREAS, ire, as members of the Order of DeMolay,
have heretofore been appointed as the 1d1ayor and Board
of Aldermen of the City of !'eTlchita Falls, Texas, have
been legally called in special session on this date;
NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That we, the
DeN -1olay Board of Aldermen do hereby express to the
Honorable K. C. Spell, iJayor, and the tvlembers of the
Board of Aldermen of the City of 11i chi to Falls, Texas, our
thanks and appreciation for your indulgence in granting
us this opportunity of a first -hand study of City Govern-
ment and particularly in permitting us to fill both the
elective and appointive positions in City Government
on this date.

That the City of Wichita Falls should take action
on building a drag strip for the Youth of Wichita Falls,
before school is out.

June, July and August, 1956, since the schools will
not be in session during that time.
