BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of
Wichita Falls that Personnel Director, Mr. Clovis D. Mann, who
is likewise Secretary to the Civil Service Board., be, and he is
hereby directed to file a Request for Retirement Benefits under
the Texas Municipal Retirement System for the Police employees
involved, and under the local Retirement System for the Fire
.Department employees involved, forthwith, said employees being:

et al., No. 57,003 -C, in the 89th District Court of Wichita County,
Texas, with reference to making application for Disability Retire-
ment for these men, and if approved, that their retirement be made
effective in compliance with the laws providing for retirement
benefits.
