trust Frith the First. National Bank in Dallas the sum of $1,800,000 in U.S. Treasury
bonds' as security for the account of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, as evidenced

deposits of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BQARD OF ALDEMN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
THAT the City Clerk of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, be and he is hereby
authorized to. accept as security for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, $1,500,000 -
2 1 /8% U.S. Treasury Bonds of 1960 , due 11- 15-60, as evidenced by First National Bank
in Dallas Cert,.b0597� dated 12- 29 -55, and surrender the above described bonds as
evidenced by Certs Nos. 53945, 55755, 54689 and 53946, aggregating the sum of
Oi.800,000,00, now on deposit with the First National Bank in Dallas.
