Res 274 4/25/1955RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS:
THAT, the Wichita Falls Water Skiing Club is hereby
granted permission to build a ramp at a place on Lake Wichita
which is to meet the approval of the Water Superintendent,
provided that any participant in the sport and the Club it-
self shall indemnify and hold the City harmless of any claims
by reason of the premises .
PASSED AND APPROVED this, the 25th day of April, A. D.
1955.
