WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls owns the Spudder Ball Park and
certain lands adjacent thereto; and
WHEREAS, such lands have been placed under the jurisdiction of the
Park Department of the City of Wichita Falls; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has built through a portion of
such property a new road in order to make a more direct and practical route to
the City dump ground for City garbage trucks, and whereas such road has been
improved by asphalting the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
That such roadway 211r, and the same is hereby,designated for use as
a private road owned by the City of Wichita Falls for a period of five years,
at the and of which time the Beard of Aldermen will again consider the propriety
of turning this property used ] such roadway back to the Park Department of
this City.
