WHER,AS at a, meeting of the Board of Aldemen held in the Council
Room of the "iemorial Auditorium Building April 179 1951•: a motion was
duly made and seconded, authorizing the City Clerk to transfer the Sum
of $ 159000,00 from t he current Water Fund cash to the current Sewer
System Fund cash, solely as a loan to be put back October 19 1351, and,,
WajCdAS, the loan was actually made and the sum of $1,5 0£70 -00 was
transferred from the current Water Fund cash to the current Sewer System.
Fund cash, and,
WHEREAS' the same as not heretofore been paid back,
NOW$ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD JF ALDERMEN:
That the City Clerk be and tie is hereby authorized and directed to
pay back the said loan by transferring the sum of $15,000,00 from the
current Sewer System Fimd cash tothe current Water Fund Cash., .
