THE STATE OF TEXAS )
COUNTY OF WICHITA
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has heretofore abandoned
the alley across Block 30—A of Highland Addition to the City of Wichita
Falls, Wichita County, Texas , and in such resolution abandoning such alley
easements were retained for utilities; and
WHEREAS, W. L. Sullivan, the present owner of said Block 30—A
has deposited with the City of Wichita Falls and with each of the other
utilities utilizing such easement sufficient funds to remove the utilities
now utilizing such easement, and the City has no further use for such
easement:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Secretary,
on behalf of the City of Wichita Falls , execute in favor of W. L. Sullivan
a quit—claim deed as to any utility easement rights which it may hold in
and to said Block 30-A of Highland Addition to the City of Wichita Falls ,
Texas.
Passed by the Board of Aldermen in regular session this

Gentlemen:
We have a telephone cable running across Block 30-A of
Highland Addition to the City of Wichita Falls , Texas , within the old
alley which has heretofore been abandoned; but under your reservation
of easement we have retained the telephone cable across this block.
This is to formally advise you that we have made an esti-
mate of the cost of removing this telephone cable and placing it in a
different easement, and the estimated cost of removal has been deposited
with us by the present owner of Block 30-A; and we agree and consent
that you may release any and all easements across the said Block 30-A.

Dear Sir:
At your request we have :jade a survey and estimate
of the cost of re-routing the sanitary sewer in Block 301,
Highland Addition. This can be done by connecting the
manhole in Avenue T, between Kemp boulevard and Buchanan
Street, to the manhole in :.venue T, between Buchanan and
Grant Streets. We can. d.o this work for the interested
parties at actual cost and our estimate of the cost
is „667.00.
