BE IT R SOLiFL) :B THE "WARD OF Al ERI LAN OF THE Ci-`iY Or WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
THAT WHEREAS,EAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, a municipal corporation,
bought at tax sale by City of Wichita. Falls, Texas, Tax Collector C. M. Eryan,
on April 18, 1892, all of mock 109 of the Original Townsite of the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, which said Block 109, has a lot in it numbered 13, and

bought at tax sale by City of Wichita Falls, Texas, Tax Collector A. D. Anderson,
on the 8th day of July 1893, lot F4U.n per 13 in Block 109 of the Original Townsite
of the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and other lots and Blocks
which are herein omitted, and
WHEREAS, the City of lichita Falls, Texas, a municipal corporation,
bought at tax sale by City of Wichita Falls, Texas, Tax Collector, A. D. Anderson,
on June 4, 1894, lot number 13 in I .ock Number 109 of the Original Townsite of
the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and other lots and blocks which
are herein omitted, and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita 'Jails, Texas,, has apparently abandoned
ownership of said Lot Number 13 in Block 109 of the Original Townsite of the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and has collected taxes on the same since, and the
taxes are certified to by the said City of Wichita Falls Tax Collector as paid
for 1953 and all prior years, and
WHEREAS, the present owner and holder of said Lot No. 13 in said Block
Number 109 of the Original Townsite of the city of Wichita Falls, Texas, in Wichita
County, to-wit; T rs. ildred Stout, desires a quit Claim Deed to said Lot 13 of
said Block 109, to cure objections to the title;
NI THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Bard of Aldermen of the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, a municipal corporation, in regular meeting assembled, that
the Honorable Kindel ?aulk, Mayor, in conjunction with the City Secretary, Geo.
T. Henderson, of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, a municipal corporation, be
and is hereby authorized to execute a Quit Claim Deed to the above described
property to the owner, Nrs. b l.dred Stout.
