BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS:
THAT it is hereby added to Section 5, Termination of Service, of the
Temporary Regulations Concerning Personnel of the City of Wichita Falls, dated
December 10, 1951, the following additional cause for termination of service, the
same to be added as Li.) to said section: Physical Incapacity. (By physical in-
capacity is meant any partial or total disability, either mental or physical, that
retards the employee in the performance of all the duties pertaining to the posi-
tion for which he has been hired.)
