RESOLUTION NO. 3
WHEREAS, on April 28, 1953, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, did
cause to be placed of record a certain Notice with reference to an order and
determination to pave certain streets, avenues and public places in the City
of Wichita Falls, Texas, and that a portion of the cost of such improvements
was thereby specially assessed as a lien upon the property abutting thereon;
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has been unable to obtain
bids on the cost of constructing such improvements and whereas it is the desire
of the said City of Wichita Falls to withdraw the notice heretofore given, the /

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN of said City
that said Notice of such improvement be, and the same is hereby declared null
and void insofar as it affects the following described property:
BLUFF AVENUE, from the north property line of 20th Street to
7.5 feet north of the north property line of 21st Street;
BJNNER STREET, from the west property line of Homes Avenue
to the west curb line of Redwood Avenue;
CARRIGAN STREET, from 3.5 feet south of the south curb line
of Blonde Street to the north property line of 25th Street;
CARRIGAN STREET, from the north property line on 25th Street
to the north edge pavement on Speedway Avenue;
CORWIN STREET, from the north edge of pavement on Jefferson
Street to the south curb line of Madison Street;
CORWIN STREET from the south curb line on Madison Street to
the north line of tlock 10 and 11, the original townsite of the City
of Wichita Falls;
FIFTEENTH STREET, from the west property line of Austin Street
to the east property line of Lamar Street;
FOURTH STREET, from the east property line of Travis Street
to the west property line of Lamar Street;
HARVARD AVENUE, from the south property line of 21st Street
to the south property line of 22d Street;
�. HOLLYWOOD AVENUE, from the east property line on Hayes Street
to the east property line of Garfield Street;
HOMES AVENUE, from the south property line of Sullivan Street
to the north property line on Humphreys Street;
HUMPHREYS STREET, from the south prolongation of west line of
Lot 3, Block 13, Bateson Acre Lots to the west curb line of Cleveland
Avenue;
JUAREZ STREET from the west property line of Homes Avenue to
the west curb line of Redwood Avenue;
MARSHAL STREET, from the south property line of McGregor
Street to the north curb line of Railroad: Avenue;
McGREGOR AVENUE, from 10 feet west of west prolwty line of
Grace Street to 100 feet east of east property line of Bridwell
Street;
SHAW AVENUE, from the east property line of Van Buren Street
to the east property line of Denver Street;
SIXTH STREET, from the east property line of Lee Street to
the west curb line of Adams Street;
NORTH TENTH STREET, from the east property line of Grand Avenue
to the east property line of Linwood Avenue;
NORTH TENTH STREET, from the east property line of Linwood Avenue
