Federal Government for a WFA Trant . in order to co=lete
saIqe, and In order to coely with the reulations of the
Federal Government it became necesany to convey the le7a1
title to said oronerty to the it of Wichita fails, Texas,
which was done by deed dated :rdebruany 1, 19h0, recorded
in Volume 37?, par:e 615, Deed Records of W ',-,hJta County,
Texas , and said i,,.nrovements were combleted and acceoted;
and,

the improvements on the above described nronortv the Yo7.7_nr,
Woen' s Cliristian Association has been in nossesion of
and oneratin7 said oron(enty as a Yomnp. Women' s 0ristian
Association; and.
1T.-7- 7AS, the City of :j'f.chita Falls , Texas, has
determined that the project for whi.ch Federal assistance
was 71-anted has served the purpose for which Federal '.as-
sistance was 71-anted, viz„ the relief of unemoloyment,
and that there is no lonaer any necessity or the title to
said nroberty to remain in the City of Wichita Falls, and
that the title to said oroperty should be vestd in the
Trustees of the Youny Women 's Christian Association:
NOW, TTTLRE-FOTE, Be It resolved, by the Board
of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Pal Is , -Jexas, that the
oi-o1ect for which '. ederal assistance was 7ranted has served
its nunno.Te, and that there is no lon7er any necessity for
the title to said. procerty to remain in the C; ty of
Wichita 78 7 ls , the Mayor is hereby instructed to convey
the title to said oroperty to the Trustees of the Ypun7
Women' s Christian Association, and that he is fully au-
thorized and empowered to execute such instruments as
may be necessary to convey the title to said property
froc the City of Wichita Fahls to the Trustees of the
Younc homer ' s Christian Association. "

Alderman Montgomery and was unanimously
canni d by the Board of Aldermen at a reular meetinT
thereof, held at tS'i_e Co -ncll ' s chambers in the Memorial
Anditorium, Bay 11, 1953 .
