BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FATJS, TEXAS:
THAT a Public Hearing be set before the Board of Aldermen on the
8th day of December, 1952, at 7-30 P.N. in the Council Room, for the
purpose of determining whether there no longer exists in the City of
Wichita Falls such a shortage in rental housing accomodations as to re-
quire rent control therein.
THAT after such Public Hearing the Board of Aldermen shall make
a determination of whether such a shortage exists in rental housing accomo-
dations ao as to require rent control and certify their findings to the
Office of Rent Stabilisation as provided by Public Law 96, Eighty-Second
Congress.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Notice of the proposed Public Hearing
be published one time in the official newspaper of the City.
