ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING AN ALLEY LOCATED SOUTH OF
LOOP 165 IN BLOCK 6 OF THE SCURRY SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
deems it advisable and in the public interest to close the alley herein-
after described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the fifteen foot (15 ' ) wide alley running north and
south parallel to Whitefield and Paradise Streets, from the South right
of way line of Loop 165 to the South property line of Lots 6 and 7,
Block 6, Scurry Subdivision, lying between Lots 1 through 6 and Lots 7
through 12 of Block 6 of the Scurry Subdivision of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, be and the same is hereby closed and abandoned.
