AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1-105 OF THE 1941
CODIFICATION OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS BY CHANGING THE QUALIFICATIONS OF CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS, since the passage of Section 1-105 of the 1941 Cod-
ification of the Ordinances of the City of Wichita Falls , a Director
of Finance has been appointed; therefore, it is no longer necessary
that the City Clerk have not less than five years actual experience
in bookkeeping, auditing and accounting work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD _")V 'ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
Section 1-105 of the 1941 Codification of Ordinances of the
City of Wichita Falls is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
requirement that the City Clerk shall have had not less than five
years actual experience in bookkeeping, auditing, and accounting
work.
