AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM
THE t v .4. FUND TO ACCOUNT
NUMBER 7.0.4 , AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS :
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the ; oral
Fund the sum of $ iii00040 which shall be placed in Account
Number 7
SECTION 2. The fact that this amount is now due and that
it is essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls
creates an emergency, therefore this ordinance shall become eff-
ective immediately upon its passage.
