AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM
THE FUND TO ACCOUNT

EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS :
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the 4eral
Fund the sum of $ Sf000A0 which shall be placed in Account
Number
SECTION 2. The fact that this amount is now due and that
it is essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls
creates an emergency, therefore this ordinance shall become eff-
ective immediately upon its passage.
