AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM

NUMBER , AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS :
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the ,s
Fund the sum of $ IMAM which shall be placed in Account

SECTION 2. The fact that this amount is now due and that
it is essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls
creates an emergency, therefore this ordinance shall become eff-
ective immediately upon its passage.
