AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING ALL PUBLIC STREETS, ALLEYS,
AND EASEMENTS WITHIN RICHLAND ESTATES SECTION 1, AN ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS,
WHEREAS, Richland Estates Section 1 has been vacated and abandoned
by the owner thereof, and approved by the Planning Board of the City of
Wichita Falls.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS :
SECTION 1: That all public streets, alleys and easements located
within Richland Estates Section 1, an addition to the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, be and the same are hereby closed and abandoned®
