ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING A 36.7 FOOT LONG,
20 FOOT WIDE ALLEY IN THE C. A. TIDWELL SUBDIVISION
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, deems it advisable and in the public interest to close the
alley hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:

THAT the 36.7 foot long, 20 foot wide alley running parallel
to and between North Tenth and North Ninth Streets and extending
36.7 feet west from the west right-of-way line of Vermont Street
and being located in the C. A. Tidwell Subdivision, be and the
same is hereby closed and abandoned.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 26th day of April, 1965.
