AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM
UNAPPROPRIATED FUNDS OF THE GENERAL FUND
TO ACCOUNT NUMBER 91-2, AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There: hereby appropriated out of the
unappropriated funds of the General Fund the sum of Two
Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($2,000 .00) which shall be
placed in Account Number 91-2 .
SECTION 2 . The fact that this amount is now due
and that it is essential for the immediate use of the City
of Wichita Falls creates an emergency, therefore this
ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
