ORDINANCE NO. (4/4'i
AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, BY ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS
ADJACENT TO THE SOUTHWESTERN TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, WHICH LANDS ARE
DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE (ALICE BROWN CORNER) .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the following tract of land located in
Wichita County, Texas, be and the same is hereby ordered to be
annexed and to be included within the corporate limits of the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and the corporate limits be ex-
tended so as to include said tract of land in Wichita County,
Texas, the same being more particularly described as follows :
A :ti°act.,.p , .ncut of Blocks 19 and 20, Denton County School
Lands, League One, Wichita County, Texas .
Beginning at the intersection of- the North right-of-way line
of State F. M. Highway No. 369 (Southwest Parkway) with the
present City limits as described in City Ordinance No. 1852,
November 23, 1959, said City Limits also being the original
East R.O.W. of Barnett Road;
Thence N. 89° 55 ° W 297 feet to the West R.O.W. line of a
50 foot wide drainage easement;
Thence N 0° 06 ' W 220.4 feet;
Thence N 44° 54 ' E 98 .4 feet;
Thence S 89° 55 ' E 227 .5 feet to a point in said present
City limit line;
Thence South 290 feet along said present City Limit line to
the place of beginning and containing 1.921 acres of land.
SECTION 2 . In conformity with Section 3-A of the Amended
Charter of the he City of Wichita Falls, Texas, this ordinance is
on the lfi day of , 7 , 1965, introduced and the
City Clerk is directed to publ sh said ordinance one time in a
newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, and seven days thereafter this ordinance may be
finally acted upon.
This ordinance having been introduced on the z/ day of

genera circulation in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, to-wit, the
Wichita Falls Record News, one (1) time, to-wit, on the oj�
