AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPR :`PION FROM
UNAPPROPRIATED FUNDS IN THE
FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBER 40-B-9, AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of unappro-
priated funds in the Fug the sum of $5 , 000.00
which shall be placed in Account Number 40-B-9.
SECTION 2 . The fact that this amount is now due and
that it is essential for the immediate use of the City of
Wichita Falls creates an emergency, therefore, this ordinance
shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
