AN ORDINANCE PERMANENTLY ABANDONING AND RELEASING
A PORTION OF A CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT SITUATED
IN BLOCK 1, NEWCOMB DOWNS SECTION 1, AN ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS,
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, deems it advisable and in the public interest
to permanently abandon and release a portion of the utility
easement hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the East three hundred and sixty feet
, (360 ' ) of the ten foot (10 ' ) utility easement across and/or
along the north boundary line of Block No..; 1, Newcomb Downs,
Section 1, an addition tiVthe City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
be and the same is hereby permanently abandoned and released.
