RESOLUTION NO •
WHEREAS, the City National Bank in Wichita Falls, Texas, has
deposited in trust with the First National. Bank in Dallas the sum of
$157,000.00 in U. S. Treasury Bonds of 1980, Trust Receipt No. A. 11837,
and
WHERFA, the City National Bank in Wichita Falls, Texas, has
requested release of the above described U. S. Treasury Bands of 1980,
Trust Receipt No. A 11836, and
WHERFAS, the City National Bank 1.n ' ichl.ta Falls, Texas,
agrees to substitute in lieu therefor a like amount, $157,000.00, of
U. S. Treasury Bonds to October 1. 1969.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITE' OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
THAT, the City Clerk of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
be and he is hereby authorized to accept as security for the account
of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, $157,000:00 in U. S. Treasury
Bonds to October 1, 1969, and surrender the above described $157,000.00
of U. S. Treasury Bonds of 1980 Trust Receipt No. A 11836 now on
deposit with the First National Bank in Dallas, Texas.
