Res 431 9/26/1960RESOLUTION NO. 3
WHEREAS , the improvements located at 1722 Wilson Avenue
in the City of Wichita Falls , Texas, further described as Lot 13,
Block 61 of the Southland Addition of the City of Wichita Falls , Texas
are presently encroaching two tenths of a foot on Baylor Avenue and
three tenths of a foot on the alley, and
WHEREAS, the City has no present plans for using this
two tenths and three tenths of a foot respectively,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS:
Now insofar as it is legally able to so do, the City of
Wichita Falls , Texas , hereby waives the encroachments on the property
located at 1722 Wilson Avenue and more fully described as Lot 13 ,
Block 61 of the Southland Addition of the City of Wichita Falls ,
Texas .
