COMMENT:
Referring to the request of Mr. Underwood for permission to
encroach on the sidewalk space with a planter box, there is verb'
little Iftelihood that a sidewalk will ever be constructed at this
particular location. The planter. box will not interfere with the
proposed paving width sand until such time in the future that this
space might by needed for public usei I see no objection to allowing
the planter box as- rested..
I am , sure Mr. Underwood laid out the building in good faith
thinking that he was clearing the sidewalk space. Our survey
differs from that of Mr. Lee is and it is too late to shift the
building without completely wrecking the structure.
