WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls holds a six (6 ' )
foot wide sewer easement in, over and across Lot 9 in Block 12
of Country Club Estates, an addition to the City of Wichita
Falls , Texas, which sewer easement is located in the North por-
tion of said Lot 9 and runs parallel to the North line of said
Lot 9; and
WHEREAS , presently there is constructed on said above
described land a building known as the Woman' s Forum which build-
ing encroaches on said sewer easement by some two and one-half
2-2' ) feet more or less; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has not made any
use of that portion of the sewer easement upon which the Woman' s
Forum now stands, and there are no plans to utilize the said por-
tion of the easement; and.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT the City does hereby
waive, release and quitclaim any interest the City of Wichita
Falls may or might have in and to any right , title or interest
in or to that portion of the above described sewer easement over
which the Woman' s Forum is now located.
