WHEREAS, The City of Wichita Falls has heretofore annexed
all of the territory comprising Wichita County Water Control and Im-
provement District No. ;_ and Wichita County pater Control and Improve-
rnent District No. and.
lBRE : S, at the time of said annoxa'bion 7 ichita County Water
Control and Improvement District No. 4 had outstanding construction con-
tracts with Tory Gillispie; HcAda Brothers; Plymouth Products, Inc; and
a outstanding contract with Joe E. Ward, as consulting engineer; and
WELIIEAS, Wichita County "u ater Control and Improvement Dis-
trict No. 6 had outstanding construction contracts with Costello and
Flick Construction Company; Elm Fork Construction Company, Inc; and
a outstanding contract with Joe B. Ward, as consulting engineer; and
WHEREAS, The City of Wichita Falls assumed the performance
of these contracts; and
HER EAS, estimates on the same are now being paid by the
City of Wichita Falls, after proper certification by the Consulting
Engineer and the Director of Public arks and/or the Director of
Utilities of the City of Wichita ::Falls.
NO THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERP N OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA PALLS, T ._L(AS, TEAT the City Clerk of the City of
Wichita Falls is hereby authorized and directed to pay estimates on
the above described contracts, after the same have been certified by
the Consulting Engineer and the Director of Public Works and/or the
Director of Utilities of the City of Wichita Falls.
