hEI,EAS, the Lone Star Gas Company has under plans an exten-
sion of a `;as main South of !Farm to Harket road 369 and parallel to
fairway Boulevard to serve the new Lakeview Manor Subdivision; and
NEREAS, the City of ::ichita Falls owns a certain tract of
land which fronts on Fairway Boulevard; and
J_gEll-,AS, Lone Star Gas Company desires to secure an easement
From the City of Tichita malls covering a strip of land fifteen (15' )
feet wide across the said city property parallel to Fairway Boulevard.
vOly: THEREFORE, BE IT SOLVED BY TEE BOARD OF ALDERL FN That
the kayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute a gas utility ease-
ment in favor of Lone Star Gas Company across that certain 266.37 acres
of land, .ore or less , out of the Denton County School Land League No .!,
ibstract No . 58, Fichita County, Texas, more fully described in deed
From I . h. :erlpne,. to the City of : ichita Falls, Texas , recorded in Vol-
ume 35, Page 1 2, Deed ,ecords, said County. The proposed gas main ex-
tension is to be located within a strip of land. 15 feet in width, the
East boundary line of such strip being the -.Jest light-of-way line of

Fairway Drive located along the East line of Block 28 of Lakeview Farms ,
a subdivision of said Denton County School hand League No. 1.
